As technology and the Internet continue to evolve, we will continue to monitor buyer trends and the methods through which they find their homes. As reported on our Marketing Page, statistically, advertising (which includes home books, newspapers, TV, radio, etc.) is a low percentage method of marketing a Seller’s home, attracting only 7% of today’s buyers*. In fact, most real estate advertising benefits us, the real estate broker, by promoting our company name and logo. More importantly, it makes our telephones ring! Despite this lackluster response from buyers, we continue to provide several forms of advertising which supplement our overall marketing plan as part of our ongoing effort to target the largest buyer audience for our Sellers. Currently, we advertise in several homes books, such as Distinctive Homes, Living Downriver and Homeview Real Estate Guide. We also use various newspaper publications to promote our Seller hosted open houses.
