As a Real Estate Company, we recognize the importance of the American dream and the pursuit of home ownership, as provided for in our Client Care Guarantee. It is through this vision that we have created our Buyer Assistance Program, and although initially conceived to encourage and promote first time home buyers, it is available to all of our buyers. If, while under Contract, a buyer client becomes party to a fully executed offer to purchase, Buy Me Realty®, Inc. will, upon closing, contribute up to 0.5% of the final sales price (not to exceed $1,000.00) towards the Buyer's customary prepaids and closing costs associated with the real estate transaction. For example, if the final sales price is $100,000, the Buyer client would receive prepaids and closing costs assistance in the amount of $500. If, however, the final sales price is $250,000, the Buyer client would receive the maximum amount of $1,000. |
