As a part of our ongoing risk reduction for both our Buyer clients and Buy Me Realty® we provide our Buyers with the opportunity to select a FREE* home warranty product from a list of carefully screened home warranty service providers in the event that the Seller is not offering and/or unwilling at the time of contract to provide a home warranty. By doing so, our Buyers enjoy the benefits and piece of mind knowing:

• That their home will be protected during the first year**
• That claims assistance is available online or by telephone
• That most home warranties are renewable each year***

A home warranty generally covers the repair or replacement of various mechanical systems and appliances that may fail during the warranty coverage period and varies by home warranty service provider as does the Buyer deductible for each service call.

Using the links below, our Buyer client’s have the opportunity to review each home warranty service provider’s contract, coverage, optional coverage and claims procedure prior to closing so that they can make an informed selection (if one is not supplied by the Seller). Once the warranty application has been completed (generally at closing), submitted and acknowledged in writing by the warranty service provider, the Buyer’s coverage begins.
