As part of our Client Care Guarantee, we offer Buyers one of the Industry's most comprehensive Risk Management service plans available today, which includes a buyer reimbursable home inspection and a free* home warranty. If, while under Contract, a buyer client becomes party to a fully executed offer to purchase, Buy Me Realty®, Inc. will at closing:

• Reimburse the Buyer client the cost of a home inspection through HouseMasters or provide a $200 allowance towards another reputable home inspection service provider as selected by the Buyer (limit one offer per Buyer client, per closed real estate transaction, (single family residential dwelling only).
• Provide the Buyer the opportunity to select a FREE* home warranty product from a list of carefully screened home warranty service providers unless otherwise provided for by the seller in the offer to purchase.

*Offer applies to a base rate single family residential dwelling home warranty product not to exceed a total of $305 in out of pocket expenses to Buy Me Realty® per Buyer client.
