Step #1
Establish an agency relationship with Buy Me Realty®, Inc. Michigan law now entitles Buyers to written disclosure about the agency relationships that are available, as well as the duties that each agency relationship creates for Buy Me Realty®, Inc.

Step #2
Employ our services by way of an Exclusive Buyer Broker Contract (EBBC). By entering into this agreement, a buyer hereby engages and grants to Buy Me Realty®, Inc. the exclusive rights and authority to negotiate for the purchase of real property on their behalf. While under contract, Buyer Clients will benefit from our professional resources, value-added services and Risk Management Tools, with special focus on:
