As an Industry, there is NO set "standard" when it comes to real estate commission rates. As a company, we have established commission structures which provide for and support our current business model, as well as future growth to expand the reach of our services and the value we bring to the real estate transaction. Our residential commission fees are driven by "procuring cause" ranging from 1.5% to 5.0% of the final selling price and payable at the time of closing, as follows: |

1.5% if the Seller is the procuring cause, case in point: Seller hosts an open house, interested prospect wants to buy, no other real estate company involved other than Buy Me Realty®, Inc. At the request of the Seller and as their agent, we draft the necessary documents and take it through closing. 3.0% if our team, Buy Me Realty®, Inc. is the procuring cause, case in point: we bring a buyer and seller together working as a disclosed dual agent. 5.0% if a cooperative sale through a competing real estate company, which statistically is the most common method of sale, as illustrated in the pie chart. |
