Determining a fair price for a Seller’s home is a matter of the highest importance. As a full service real estate brokerage, we provide, at no cost, a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA), which is a Seller’s preview to the marketing potential of their existing home against competing properties and although prepared by licensed Real Estate Brokers, should not be considered a substitute for a licensed appraisal. Using data from our local real estate Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we search for recent market activity of homes with similar physical characteristics, effective age, amenities and geographical location. Once a sampling of homes have been identified, using our extensive market knowledge and industry related skills, we evaluate the information and provide our Seller clients with statistical data and marketing trends as they relate to the marketability of their homes.

It is through this knowledge that our Seller clients make informed decisions regarding the estimated value of their homes, which includes: establishing an initial offering price which is competitive; allowing for buyer negotiation; and ultimately providing the highest possible return on their original investment.
