Our marketing Program is a collaboration of realistic pricing and property exposure. The success of our marketing program starts with realistic pricing, followed by our ability to effectively target to the largest buyer audience. To do this, we researched how home buyers search for homes. According to a survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors®, when asked how they first learned of the home purchased, buyers overwhelmingly responded with 38% used a Realtor®, 16% used the Internet and 16% used a yard sign*. Thus, our greatest buyer audience is Internet based and includes Realtor.com® and networking to other real estate professionals through various real estate Multiple Listing Services (MLS). The remaining categories, illustrated below, account for 30% of Buyer purchases and remain an integral part of our overall marketing program and continue to provide our Sellers with their greatest opportunity to save money! |
