Dennis, how does one say thank you to someone such as yourself who not only took the time to understand our situation but persevered until you got us approved. We probably talked to nearly 30 lenders before we found you. You not only were able to get us approved and into our new home but at lower interest rates then we thought possible. Dear Dennis, I wanted to take a minute to tell you how happy you have made us. My husband and I were very afraid our dreams of becoming home owners would never come true (or at least not for a loooooong time). He and I both know that if it wasn’t for your hard work this would not have happened so quickly for us.

Dennis, I must say I adore you! It is never easy to trust someone you don’t know but you put our minds at ease from the moment we met with you.  We had originally gone to another lender who was trying to meet a quota. She insisted on $100 up front just to run our paperwork. She only checked Chuck’s credit report and never even tried to find options where he and I could apply together. Thankfully, through a local Realtor, we found you. It’s not easy for me to write this and not tear up a little because I know that without you, your hard work and dedication, we would not have our beautiful home.  Our home means so much to us. Our children love it. We have terrific neighbors and a yard of our own, we owe it all to you, Dennis. I tell you “I love you” and you think I’m silly, but I honestly do! You’re COMPLETELY INCREDIBLE!! I have referred you to several of my friends. Most of them are not ready to make their moves yet, but anticipating them soon and I hope they make the right choice and call you.

There are always so many people that are ready to take your money or take advantage of you that it is disheartening. With something so important as buying a home, especially for the first time, it helped to ease our minds that you were taking care of us. We honestly believed what you told us and put our faith in you.  You never let us down. I only wish there were more people in the world that are as honest and caring as you are.

Dennis, when we first came to you we had been turned down by two lenders and we KNEW we were not going to be able to buy our dream home.
